I am having so much fun creating textures with old postcards, letters, and documents. I'm thankful my study hasn't started to smell like a musty basement yet!
I applied a levels adjustment and added the Aged Paper texture on a blending mode of linear light at an opacity of 71% to mute the hues of the photo. Then for a vintage appeal I layered the Earl texture on a blending mode of multiply and kept the opacity at 100%. You can download the "Hall of Glasgow" screencast on the Screencast Page and follow along in Photoshop!
