The Inspired Notebook: Winter Sparkle

I am possibly obsessed with lollies, medallions, and rosettes. I'm not sure what to call them but, I go "googly eyed" almost every time I see one.  After creating many for our Christmas Tree and I just had to have some in my studio!

Winter Sparkle Project

Large Medallions:

  • Trim 8 - 12 x 4 inch sheets of faux dictionary paper
  • Die cut 4 rosettes for each medallion using a big shot
  • Using sticky tape adhere 4 rosettes to create 1 large medallion
  • Secure the medallion with an adhesive sticky round and a 4 inch card stock or chipboard circle on the back
  • Die cut a label center for the medallion front and embellish with doilies, twine, tulle, and chipboard designs

Small Star Lollies:

  • Trim 2 - 12 x 3 inch sheets of faux dictionary paper
  • Score at every 1/4" using a scoring board
  • Using sticky tape adhere each lollie
  • Secure the lollie with an adhesive sticky round and a card stock circle on the back
  • Punch stars for the front center with glitter and natural paper

Supplies:

Dictionary, Glitter, and Natural Papers
Rosette Die Cut
Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
Sticky Strip Tape
