The Inspired Notebook

Do you find yourself in the organization mode this time of year? I admit even though I'm not student, nor do I have a little student - I can't resist the Back to School isles at Target! The notebooks, pencils, binders, and all have me "at hello".

In the organization mode I designed dailies.  They are so easy to print out and use for the everyday.  Each set comes with individual dailies and an letter size printable sheet.  I put together a weekly board in just a few steps:

  1. Paint an empty photo frame the color of your choice
  2. String linen thread across your frame twice and adhere with sticky tape
  3. Print one sheet of Today Dailies on white card stock and cut out each individual day
  4. Hang them in your frame with mini clothespins

In the Back to School spirit I designed the School Days Alphabet Sign ready for Photoshop, Gimp, and Elements. Just click on the title to download now!  It features a photo mask to pop in a school days photo! If you're new to photo masks, watch a quick "How To" Video Check out the Back To School Giveaway stocked full of free downloads and visit The Momma Bird for more School Ready Features!

  2. Oh we would have so much fun together. We did a trip to the back to school section at Walmart- walked out of there with $100 in school supplies. I don't know why- my kids are wrapping up their school year. We don't need any of it. They do crafts almost daily- so I guess some of it will get used before we start school again in January. But you know- most of it was for me. I have a super obsession with all things like this. It's ridiculous.

  3. I also love school supplies, but the s-word is like a bad word here right now! :) none of us are ready for summer to end. it really went way too fast. but, i guess it's inevitable and I will be making a Target run before I know it. As always, great idea Kristy!! I just love the frame with the Today Dailies printed on them!! That would look so cute in my office!!
