The Inspired Notebook

Mini books are one my best loved things to make. Probably, because I can put one together in about an hour or less! This one is so simple - I made it in 30 minutes! I created this mini album to hold memories from my garden walks. I know I'll really appreciate when winter comes this year.

Quick Steps:
  1. Slice 12" x 12" paper in half  (Idea.ology by Tim Holts)
  2. Create a gate fold with your bone folder
  3. Slice your photos to fit inside the center panel
  4. Stacked them together and stitch or glue the top edges
  5. Glue a large flower to one of the outside flap ( flower from Antique Paperie by Colobok)
  6. Add journal notes to the inside flaps
  7. Tie loosely with twine to keep it closed
P.S. If you're looking for another quick project, check out my CD/DVD packing tutorial featured on The 36th Avenue this week!
