In the Studio

I keep a small collection of creamer pitchers in my studio for props.
The embossed designs add texture and depth to food photography.
They are also perfect for styling a tea party!

  4. They are beauties! I have to admit though, it does sound kind of funny to keep pitchers around for props. Not sure why, but it does :)

  5. I love this new trend (to me) of doing a room in all white. I have always loved lots of color and still do but there is something very soothing about all white. You have inspired me to gather all of my white china, bowls, pitchers, etc. and display on my foyer table. Thanks!

That sounds beautiful! I'd love to see it!

Aly, I agree, I almost didn't post this one. They are an odd prop.

  7. What a great idea - to keep items as props. It's a lovely pitcher. Reminds me of the whites of Andrew Wyeth, the painter.
