It's a Love Spell
- layer the heirloom No.4 texture on top of your photograph
- set the blending mode of the texture to darker color
- add the love spell overlay as the top layer (P.S. It's a Goodie!)
- Using the Clone/Stamp Tool stamp hearts around your subject
- Clip the overlay to the texture with a clipping mask

So lovely and sweet. Thank you for telling me exactly how you did this, too. I'm not good with the cloning tool. You are an inspiring artist!
