The Country: Winter Prairie

Winter Prairie

There is something spectacular about spending the day hiking and traveling across the Illinois Winter Prairie. The sights, sounds, and textures make you feel alive and grateful to be apart of our big world. I long for another day intertwined and rooted in the prairie.

  1. Beautiful pictures! I used to read the Little House on the Prairie books when I was little. I always wanted to be like Laura in the books and live back then. Such a simpler time. :)
