Seasons

Sweet Prairie,
I spotted this beauty tucked into the bluffs while out for a drive with my Mom. I nearly missed it. We had to double back to find it.  It is adjacent to the fields of corn and beans, a trio of barns, and a windmills dotting the sky.  Our guess is it is the original homestead for the farm and to many memories rest inside to tear it down.  The windows and front door are beautifully carved wood and the fence is graced with charm.  This for you Mom, Happy Birthday!

  16. I passed a property with some beautiful old buildings on it while out for a drive today and thought of you! Unfortunately there was no place to pull over, but I always find it fun when bloggy friends pop into my head like that :)

  17. Me too Branson! That may call for a "drive by shooting"
Try the action mode on your camera, but be sure you're not the one at the wheel!
