Add a bleaching effect to your image:
- Layer the Sheet Music Texture and blend on overlay
- Create a clipping mask between your image and texture [Ctrl-Alt click]
- Open the hue saturation dialog box [Ctrl - U]
- Slide the saturation down to zero%, thus removing the music and keeping the light
