You know, when your skin gets that warm tingly feeling.

- Apply the wanderlust #4 texture over your image and select the soft light blending mode
- Add the birthday glow texture next and blend on overlay
- Drop the dust cloud texture to the top (P.S. it's free)
- Select the darker color blending mode and reduce the opacity to about 35%
